What do coaches do?

Coaches lead and supervise ride groups and club events, promoting safety while challenging student riders to improve their fitness and skills.

Coach Licensing/Training

All of our coaches are licensed by NICA and are experienced mountain bikers. The more experienced coaches have received advanced training in teaching mountain bike skills, managing risk, wilderness first aid, and have hundreds of hours of leading student ride groups.

How to become a coach

Contact the club through the contact page and express your desired to join our coaching staff.  If you're the parent of a student rider, this is a great opportunity to share an activity with your student.
