Bring-a-Girl Ride October 26th
October 26th at Oak Hill Park, Danville
The San Ramon Valley Mountain Bike Club (SRVMTB) is inviting the community to its upcoming Bring-a-Girl Ride, a fun and empowering event designed to encourage more girls and women to experience the sport of mountain biking. The ride will take place on Sunday, October 26th, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Oak Hill Park in Danville.
“This event is about building confidence, community, and fun on the bike,” said SRVMTB organizers. “Girls of all ages are welcome, and we want to make mountain biking as approachable and exciting as possible.”
How It Works
Girls of all ages are invited to join.
Boys may participate only if they bring along a girl — whether that’s a sister, mom, neighbor, or friend.
Adults and student that are not registered with SRVMTB in the NICA PitZone must sign a waiver.
The day’s activities will include bike games, skill stations, and a short trail ride designed with beginners in mind. While girls enjoy this clinic-style ride, boys will head out on their own local fun ride.
What to Bring
Participants should eat lunch before arriving but can enjoy snacks provided before and after the ride. Riders are asked to bring a full water bottle, and those who need a loaner bike are encouraged to request one when RSVPing.
