  • 3 Pairs of Socks (pre-ride, race, post-race)
  • Sports bra
  • Arm & leg warmers
  • Windbreaker/jacket/vest
  • Helmet
  • Gloves
  • Glasses
  • Shoes + socks


Cycling Gear

  • Race plate (+3 zip ties)
  • 2 Water bottles/Camelbak for racing
  • 2 Extra bottles (bike spray-off)
  • Lube + rag
  • Repair kit: multi-tool, tube, tire levers, CO₂ + valve, patch kit/plugs
  • Garmin / HR monitor / Power meter (if applicable)
  • Spare electronic shifting battery


Pre/Post Ride Clothing & Essentials

  • Warm jacket (pre/post race)
  • Clean clothes for ride home
  • Comfortable post-race shoes & socks
  • Sweatpants
  • Pajamas/sleepwear
  • Hat (beanie/baseball cap)
  • Medications (allergies, inhaler, EpiPen, etc.)
  • Toiletries (toothbrush, retainer, hair ties, feminine products)
  • Sunscreen, bug repellent, Tecnu
  • Plastic bag for dirty cycling gear
  • Paper for drying shoes
  • Towel


Other Optional Items

  • Race fuel (drinks, gels, bars — use only what your body is used to)
  • Chargers
  • Extra water
  • Hammock, music, cowbells for cheering
  • Camp chair (team has some, but often not enough)
